Tim is an experienced family lawyer and mediator who advises on the full range of issues arising out of family and relationship breakdown. This includes financial settlements, children matters, and wealth protection.

Tim has particular expertise in nuptial agreements, unmarried couples and cases involving sportspeople, family businesses, trusts, or an international element, particularly the Channel Islands.

Tim is the vice chair of the Resolution Dispute Resolution Committee and is a Law Society accredited mediator. Tim also chairs a peer discussion group for family mediators based in The City. Tim is also a member of the Family Law Agreements Group.
