What can I do for you

Matthew offers the full range of family law services arising out of divorce, separation and relationship planning and breakdowns, primarily dealing with financial remedy and child arrangements.

He regularly advises on cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements, helping couples understand and protect their assets during relationships.

Matthew also regularly deals with matters where relationships have come to an end, including relocation applications, Family Law Act matters and injunctions.

Matthew is a member of Resolution, which promotes a constructive approach to family law issues. He sits as chair of YRes West Midlands and on the Birmingham Law Society's Family Law Committee. Matthew previously sat on Resolution's National Committee for Dispute Resolution.
