Matt specialises in complex divorce cases involving business interests, trusts, foreign assets or multiple properties. Matt commonly deals with cases concerning disputes over non-matrimonial property, such as assets acquired prior to the marriage, after separation or inherited wealth. He has also acted in a number of complex children cases, which have involved parental alienation and applications to permanently move abroad with a child.
