What can I do for you

Katherine deals with the financial consequences of separation following the breakdown of a marriage or relationship, as well as related children issues. She advises on nuptial agreements (both pre and post nuptials) and many of her cases involve businesses and/or trusts.  She is an accredited mediator, trained in collaborative law and also offers Separate Well With One Lawyer. With over 20 years' of experience in family law, Katherine encourages a pragmatic approach, weighing both the wider family impact and commercial reality in the balance.

Supporting your ambitions

Katherine's empathy, intellect and solid legal knowledge ensure clients feel confident they can achieve a result that's fair and works for them. Although her aim is always to settle matters outside of the court forum, she's successfully defended clients in the Supreme Court and recognises when litigation is necessary.

Advising clients at the start and end of their relationships requires a sensitive approach. Katherine gives clients the benefit of advice that may not always reflect what they want to hear, but enables them to make informed decisions with realistic and enduring outcomes.
